We composite one global image from geostationary weather satellites: Meteosat Third Generation (MTG) over Europe, Africa and the Middle East, GOES-East and GOES-West over the Americas and oceans, and Himawari over Asia and Australia.

Over Arabia, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, and around every active hurricane, we fuse the colour image with the sharpest visible channel (0.5 km), so cumulus towers and hurricane eyes stay sharp when you zoom in.
